The meaning for those 8 bytes is that for all 16 panels (half a byte for each
panel)

0 = low voltage swing setting (200 mV)
1 = default voltage swing setting (400 mV)

In your case, you should use default voltage swing. Unfortunately, it seemed
that the driver uses only low voltage swing settings for broadwell.
