There is dmc loading issue:
[drm:intel_csr_ucode_init] Loading i915/skl_dmc_ver1.bin
[drm] Refusing to load old Skylake DMC firmware v1.22, please upgrade to v1.23
or later [https://01.org/linuxgraphics/intel-linux-graphics-firmwares].
i915 0000:00:02.0: Failed to load DMC firmware

I will suggest running "update-initramfs -k `uname -r` -u" after installing any
firmware package.
