Same issue.

It only happens on HDMI port. The DP port is not affected.

Hardware : ASRock Beebox N3150, BIOS v1.30
Display :  Dell U2415H
OS :       Xubuntu 14.04.3(with xfce)
Kernel :   3.19.0-51-generic #58~14.04.1-Ubuntu
