Happy new year!

Just to report that switching to VT with CTRL ALT F1 is still 
not working with the 4.4-rc8 kernel.

Revert the commit drm/i915: Always try to inherit the initial fb
fix the issue.

I use kubuntu 14.04 Trusty with KDE4.
