Is the data about the physical size of the panel available somewhere else? If
not, do we have a place somewhere in the driver code base to put it?

The Surface 3 uses a 10.9 inch 1920 x 1280 panel, which, if my maths[1] are
right would be 8.99" × 5.99", or 22.82cm × 15.22cm.
