I would like to mention that this is really annoying issue: skype video calls
become unusable.

Also, there is no such problem on Ivybridge, so it seems to be related to
certain newer hardware.

I'd be really happy to help testing fixes or by providing more information but
unfortunately I do not know even where to start to dig into the code to fi it
myself.
