SwapbuffersWait "true" is the default behaviour, which is for SwapBuffers to be
synchronised to refresh (and ideally does not tear, but that also depends upon
the swap parameters sent by the client).
SwapbuffersWait "false" disables the sync to vrefresh.
Hmm, I could actually use that as unset / false / true and if set to true
always force swap buffers to wait.
