[Bug 93844] Intel driver crashes after switching between fullscreen and windowed mode on RetroArch

The crash is now fixed after trying the latest code from HEAD, however, there's
one more problem, after pressing f to go into fullscreen mode, I can't press f
to go back, the image freezes rather than going back into windowed mode.

I can press f again and the program keeps responding, but I can't find a way to
go back to windowed mode.

Any ideas?
