It starts as a window, swapping every vblank. It destroys that window and
creates a fullscreen, and swaps every vblank. It then destroys that window and
goes quiet. The bug I thought I might see would be where we have a listener but
no vblank (and rendering/program updates would cease) - that doesn't appear to
be the case here, it looks fairly regular.
