1. Disconnect external screens
2. Boot with i915.disable_power_well=0
3. Measure idle power with a power meter
4. Reboot with i915.disable_power_well=1
5. Measure idle power with a power meter
6. Compare 3 and 5
Actual results:

4. DUT does not boot. Reset needed
Expected result:
