I attach i915_vbt. I can open a new bug for this problem, if you want.

In my tests, I had the pwm parts in kernel, and i915 as module, so I got always
the right order. I will see if I can test the patch here provided, but it is
not that I have a cheap way of testing a new kernel in the device - it takes
1h30m of cpu.
