I have changed monitor identifier.
Your suggest "monitor-LVDS-1", but it doesn't work. However, "LVDS-1" is
working.

/etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/50-monitor.conf

Section "Monitor"
    Identifier     "LVDS-1"
    DisplaySize   381   214
EndSection
