Is there something in i915 rc6 handling that differs between SKL GT2 and GT3e?

PS. Forgot to mention earlier that testing was done on Ubuntu 16.04 + Unity,
with kernel/X/Mesa built from Git.  Gap is there both with CPU P-state
powersave (Ubuntu default) and performance governors, and whether compiz is
compositing doesn't affect the results.
