Can confirm this error on my Dell e7470 too. 

The symptoms are same - screen flicks followed by message: 

[ 4364.723080] [drm:gen8_irq_handler] *ERROR* CPU pipe A FIFO underrun


My environment is:
- kernel 4.7-rc1 drm-intel-nightly 2016y-06m-01d-09h-32m-53s @
0a384375f34ee1a1e83f63f83cfac338b5ce37b
- xf86-video-intel 2.99.917
- xorg 1.18.3
- firmware skl_dmc_ver1_26.bin skl_guc_ver4_3.bin

Can I somehow help with testing?
