As described above I'm using stable kernel 4.6.1 + patch, not drm-nightly.
After disabling psr flickering is gone.

I noticed following lines in dmesg which I think correlates with flickers:

[drm:intel_dp_set_drrs_state] eDP Refresh Rate set to : 40Hz
[drm:intel_dp_set_drrs_state] eDP Refresh Rate set to : 60Hz
