I really don't know, I'm on 4.6.1-2-ARCH right now, but I also tried 4.6-1-ARCH
today, the problem is there in both of them.

When I tried 4.6 before I think I compiled it myself, so could the problem be
in the kernel configuration? i.e. standard defconfig vs Arch .config.

I'm getting a bit confused here.
