For bisection: (assuming this is the same as bug #96499)

This bug is present in the kernel currently shipping with Arch Linux:
Linux limbo 4.6.2-1-ARCH #1 SMP PREEMPT Wed Jun 8 08:40:59 CEST 2016 x86_64
GNU/Linux

I have downgraded the kernel on my machine and can confirm that the bug is not
present in:
Linux limbo 4.5.4-1-ARCH #1 SMP PREEMPT Wed May 11 22:21:28 CEST 2016 x86_64
GNU/Linux
