Seems (i hope) that with a developer suggestion i finally solved 

Edited (custom edid load)

drm_kms_helper.edid_firmware=HDMI-A-1:edid/edid.bin

to

drm_kms_helper.edid_firmware=HDMI-A-1:edid/edid.bin
video=HDMI-A-1:1920x1080 at 50D



Now In the log (http://sprunge.us/ccLH) there is still 

LibreELEC kernel: had: snd_intelhad_open: HDMI cable plugged-out

but now even if i don't see os logo loading (libreelec and kodi) after ten
seconds of black screen kodi gui is loaded correctly
