So I've just did a git clone of Linus' git and did a checkout of v4.5.0 tag and
copied /proc/config.gz to .config, built the kernel, rebooted and that kernel
is fine, RetroArch works great for doing a fullscreen to windowed and so on.

I'll bisect v4.5.0 and 4.6.2 which is currently failing.
