Additionally, it's worth noting that on BXT A the only operation external port,
Port B (ddi0), has LSPCON in front of it and there is not currently support in
the kernel to configure LSPCON.  The CDCLK issue is still pertinent perhaps
(likely, in fact) but any other behavior on Port B with BXT A is certainly
suspect until we have LSPCON configuration support in the kernel.
