Everytime I play a video the GPU hangs.
Sometimes the GPU hangs with other tasks.

[ 361.003151] [drm] GPU hangs can indicate a bug anywhere in the entire gfx
stack, including userspace.
[ 361.003155] [drm] Please file a _new_ bug report on bugs.freedesktop.org
against DRI -> DRM/Intel
[ 361.003159] [drm] drm/i915 developers can then reassign to the right
component if it's not a kernel issue.

please always attach it.

Also if helpful, I tried to USB boot Ubuntu 14.04 and it failed to load.
First 8 errors showed up mostly pipe A or B/fifo/cpu
The very first error was a PVS or PVC then after it the pipe errors showed.
