All external panels are not detected after resuming from sleep over BXT-P
platforms
Steps to reproduce
==============================
1- Connect any external display (DP or HDMI) to platform
2- Run "xrandr" command, and monitor should be displayed
3- Send platform to S3 (echo mem > /sys/power/state)
4- Resume system
Expected Results
=========================
System resumes successfully, monitor displays correctly
Actual Results
========================
System resumes successfully but external monitors are not detected by xrandr
over terminal
