Disable cxsr hack.
Well, this looks weird..
The original log shows that load detection doesn't work at all:
[ 0.645655] [drm:update_connector_routing] [CONNECTOR:38:SVIDEO-1] using
[ENCODER:39:TV-39] on [CRTC:26:crtc-0]
[ 0.645657] [drm:drm_atomic_helper_check_modeset] [CRTC:26:crtc-0] active
changed
[ 0.645660] [drm:drm_atomic_helper_check_modeset] [CRTC:26:crtc-0] needs all
connectors, enable: y, active: y
[ 0.645662] [drm:drm_atomic_add_affected_connectors] Adding all current
connectors for [CRTC:26:crtc-0] to f47fb800
[ 0.645664] [drm:drm_atomic_helper_check_modeset] [CRTC:26:crtc-0]
enabled/connectors mismatch
[ 0.645666] [drm:intel_get_load_detect_pipe] failed to set mode on
load-detect pipe
While the modified log shows no vblank for ~200 ms. It also enables cxsr,
and the counter was running before so lets see if there was an issue with
that.. can you try attached patch?
If this doesn't work, can you try change the timeout in
drivers/gpu/drm/drm_irq.c drm_wait_one_vblank from 100 msecs to 500?
