[Bug 95176] LCD flickering on Thinkpad T440p (Haswell) with kernel 4.6-rc4 (PSR enabled)

XPS 13 9343

/proc/cmdline:
BOOT_IMAGE=/boot/vmlinuz-linux root=UUID=... nmi_watchdog=0 net.ifnames=0
i915.enable_fbc=1 i915.enable_rc6=7 i915.enable_psr=1

Weither enable_psr is set to 1, 2 or 3 there is still flicker occasionally. How
can I help to pinpoint the bug?
