I'm no longer having this problem with inter-drm-nightly kernel and
i915.enable_psr=1 (as it includes mentioned patch "drm/i915/psr: Try to program
link training times correctly"). However I'm still having frequent flickering
with i915.enable_psr=2. The problem is I actually need to use
i915.enable_psr=2, because it is workaround for another bug, which happening
with i915.enable_psr=1 but not with i915.enable_psr=2:
