Hmm. Those numbers don't make any real sense. Basically the frame counter and
scanline counter are telling us that the update took almost one full frame
(which would be ~16 msec presumably), however the system clock is telling us it
took just 1 usec.

I suppose one possibility is that the scanline start is bogus. But that would
mean there is yet another problem with the hardware scanline counter.

Or maybe this is another PSR issue. Do you have a decent way to reproduce this,
and if so can you try with i915.enable_psr=0 ?
