diff -u between 4.7.4 intel_opregion.c and 4.8 intel_opregion.c

So there were quite a few changes in the intel_opregion.c file from 4.7.4 to
4.8. See the attached diff file.

However, the very same lines that disable the opregion panel can be removed,
and successfully resolve this issue.
