The problem is is every kernel since 3.13 - 3.12 or maybe earlier. 

The main problem here is to assume a Linux user is a programmer: I really have
no idea how to do a kernel bisect, I have never used git, and I have never
programmed in Linux. That's the reason the only thing I can do is to post
kernel logs.
