I was finally able to proceed with the pipe B experiment.  Unfortunately, the
problem is still reproducible.  The output of intel_watermark is here:

This experiment was done on the BSW RVP.  The build that I tested included the
changes for DDL=0, latency=45us, and cursor WM=63.
