If I understand correctly, the root cause would be memory exhaustion, and this
WARN is more or less a victim. -intel simply wouldn't trip over this WARN, but
it is not clear why we are out of memory in the first place. (That is assuming
that the WARN is indeed self-inflicted, it could be something else leaving
stale PTE around and not the broken error handling.)
