Nikolay, is it still occurring?

If this is occurring, can you try to change driver in your xorg.conf

Section "Device"
        Identifier "Intel Graphics"
        Driver "intel"
EndSection

by

Section "Device"
        Identifier "Intel Graphics"
        Driver "modesetting"
EndSection

and then confirm result.
