dmesg with quirk patch

OK, I added

  drm/i915: Ignore OpRegion panel type except on select machines

on top of 4.7.2 vanilla (minor hack required). I didn't apply the other two
patches in your branch, since they looked irrelevant.

Result is no screen.. In the new dmesg I added, it looks like the quirk is
detected too late in the process, so it is as if no quirk is present when it is
needed, and the wrong panel type is picked.

At least the quirk itself works well! :)
