Fwiw, waits for external reservation_objects is now in drm-intel-nightly. This
should do the right thing with nouveau, but amdgpu only uses shared fences so
we are not yet waiting on writes from amdgpu. If we can't rely on implicit
fencing from dmabuf, we will have to wait until we have explicit fencing
between amdgpu/intel. *sigh*
