Assigning to Mesa product (please let me know if I am mistaken with this GPU
Hang).

>From these 2 error dumps, hungs are both happening in render ring batch with
active head at 0x06bcf19c (taking last dump: from drm_error attachment), with
0x60020100 (CONSTANT_BUFFER) as IPEHR.
