I'm going to resolve this as a duplicate of the DA200 bug 93578. I fear there
may be conflated issues in this bug, but if there are, they may be impossible
to disentangle anyway. Please, if you still experience issues running drm-tip
branch of https://cgit.freedesktop.org/drm/drm-tip, file new bugs. The fix in
drm-tip is
