I obtained some logs with kernel drm-tip: 2017y-04m-03d-07h-59m-44s.

Base setup:
Nvidia GPU: primary, no driver, no display
Intel GPU: HDMI (DVI 1280x1024), VGA (1280x1024), DVI (1920x1080)
Fedora 24, KDE

Test: All 3 displays connected. Boot to console [log 0], startx as user, switch
VTs, switch DVI off, switch VT and back to X [log 1]
Result: The last switch to X leaves all displays off. This is fixed by
appropriate xrandr command. No other issues.
