The system platform is BayTrail-I E3845 and distribution is UBuntu 16.04.2
server x64, kernel 4.4.0. Sometimes the monitor will blank on boot and cannot
see the login prompt, BIOS is legacy VBIOS. We add drm.debug=0x1e to grub,
dmesg_OK.log is monitor working with DP signal and dmesg_NG.log is monitor
getting no signal.
