I tested kernel v4.11-rc7 and drm-tip-2017-04-13, but still get fail while boot
with legacy VBIOS.

If change BIOS CSM=>video from legacy to UEFI, the DP monitor will not get
blank for UBuntu server 16.04, but kernel shows eDP instead of DP. For legacy
setting, we change different resolution and monitor will get the same
resolution. For UEFI setting, if we set video=eDP-1:1280x1024 on grub, the OSD
of Dell 4k monitor will show 1600x1200 and we have to open MST or we always get
blank for 4K monitor without MST.
