For extra lols, the BIOS sets up a pixel clock that is different from the mode
specified in the VBT.

Rafael, please remove any fastboot parameter, and provide dmesgs from boot,
with timestamps and everything, for both 1) drm-next or whatever your baseline
was, 2) same with 9a86cda07af2 ("drm/i915/dp: reduce link M/N parameters")
reverted.
