Added dmesg captured by spinning a list with these 2 tests:

igt at kms_fbcon_fbt@fbc-suspend
igt at kms_flip@vblank-vs-modeset-rpm-interruptible

In this case I get:

"[  154.166951] WARNING: CPU: 0 PID: 274 at
drivers/gpu/drm/i915/intel_display.c:8623 hsw_enable_pc8+0x6be/0x710 [i915]"

Instead of the previous vblank WARN. This starts on the second run of
igt at kms_flip@vblank-vs-modeset-rpm-interruptible and the WARN persist spamming,
for whatever (kms) test I run after.
