Couldn't find commit 87ad063, as I assume the drm-tip rewrite history merge has
made it go away, but I'm building 4.13.0-rc3 drm-tip now:

Being paranoid, perhaps it's a good idea to use your .config to check we're
starting from the same place too please?

What util did you use to get the config dump?

Both monitors are connected via DP FWIW.  I could probably try via HDMI if you
think it worthwhile?

Not sure when DP-1 went to 30Hz, I'll change it to 60Hz and see if that makes
