How many times did you execute this?
This bug is about inconsistent results over multiple runs. I have just run 5
times on BDW: fbc-1p-offscren-pri-shrfb-draw-blt and fbc-rgb565-draw-blt fails
1/5.

Also, my patch is not integrated, yet.
