When running a list of all kms tests I am getting the following dmesg: 
"[drm:bdw_set_cdclk [i915]] *ERROR* Switching to FCLK failed"

The failure rate is about 1/5 runs and the affected tests so far are:
igt at kms_cursor_crc@cursor-256x256-suspend
igt at kms_cursor_crc@cursor-128x128-suspend
igt at kms_flip@vblank-vs-suspend
igt at kms_flipv@blank-vs-dpms-suspend-interruptible
igt at kms_flip@flip-vs-dpms-interruptible

I have not seen this on drm-tip 4.12-0.rc7+, but I now get this staring from
~4.13-0-rc3+
