No, I cannot actually reproduce the problem when instead including
`skl_dmc_ver1.bin`. But actually, it is not being loaded by the kernel in
v4.9.8:

Other than the above, dmesg output has not really changed. So runtime power
management is disabled, but the screen does not change back on.
