dmesg output

After a short period of time, Minecraft causes the GPU to hang.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Install the latest version of the FTB Infinity Evolved modpack (note this
bug seems to happen with all minecraft versions but happens fastest with this
modpack).
2. Load into either a singleplayer or multiplayer world.
3. Play for some time (up to 10 minutes approx.)

Expected results:
The game continues normally and without issue.

Actual results:
The GPU hangs, freezing the entire desktop, and is automatically reset after
some time.

Output of "uname -rm": 4.9.11-1-ARCH x86_64

Attached is the full output of dmesg and the contents of
/sys/class/drm/card0/error, in gzip format.
