You can get the kernel from kernel.org https://www.kernel.org/ 
Looks like is fixed in latest kernel. I will put the bug as resolved 

please try it with latest kernel if the problem is solved you can close it 

if the problem is not solved for you, please set the bug to reopen and attach
latest logs
