[Bug 99470] Play video and games at the same time while the power is lower than 10% will cause segfault some times on Chromebook

This error occurs on latest kernel(4.10.0-rc1-11391-g81f56e3), On ChromeOS
defualt kernel(v3.18 for SKL), this issue unable to reproduce. So we assume
it's kernel related issue.

Chrome crashed with dmesg error below：
