[Bug 99137] [SKL] Weird colours on usb-c to hdmi output

100% sure it's a HDMI input thing.

I tried 2 other screens:
- Dell Monitor with HDMI input -> says no signal
- LG Flat TC with HDMI input -> says invalid signal 

The only combination that works is:
USB-C to HDMI adaptor, using a HDMI to DVI cable 

Combination never worked:
USB-C to HDMI adaptor, using HDMI to HDMI cable - either wrong colours or no
signal
