Tried it with Kernel 4.10 now (4.10-rc2):

The HDMI port above the DisplayPort, which never worked before, now works (I
guess thanks to the LSPCON patches that have probably landed into Kernel 4.10
now). Using this port, Broadcast RGB is also being properly set to Full.

However, the HDMI port to the left side of the DisplayPort is still incorrectly
being set to Broadcast RGB Limited 16:235, even though it should be Broadcast
RGB Full. On Kernel 4.4, it is properly being set to Broadcast RGB Full, but
not on newer Kernels.
