At the very moment I run on 4.8.12 but this is not to say the error is gone. I
haven't been playing with and external monitor under loaded CPU situations. I
would keep it opened so it is easier to find.

Better check your code and improve info/debug messaging so that you do not have
to ask us to always reproduce the error. ;-)
